Nuestra experiencia en el Lotus Blanc Resort fue espectacular, desde el momento de nuestra llegada David nos sorprendió con un amable upgrade a una suite, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial y cómoda en una habitación espaciosa, elegante y exquisitamente decorada. Disfrutamos de la bañera relajante, el balcón con vistas al jardín y la piscina, que era el lugar ideal para relajarse con un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor después de explorar los templos de Angkor. El servicio fue impecable con un equipo siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitábamos, apreciando también la deliciosa gastronomía con platos frescos y sabores auténticos. Sin duda recomendaría el Lotus Blanc Resort para quienes buscan una experiencia de lujo y tranquilidad en Siem Reap. Gracias al hotel por hacer de nuestra visita algo mágico y memorable. Esperamos volver pronto!

很傳統的東南亞五星級酒店，設施略有點舊，服務很好很有禮貌，離繁華區打tutu車10分鐘左右，很少見到國人，老外多。早餐不錯。

I was blown away by the service at the Lotus Blanc Resort. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in my life & this is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at (tops some Four Seasons & Ritz Carlton’s.) The staff was so friendly & assisted us with anything we needed.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The breakfast buffet included in our room price was also delicious.
